The Business Law Exam
In your Business Law examination, you will be required to answer problem questions and a series of short questions which require explanatory answers or definitions of key legal principles or concepts. These are straightforward questions on which you can easily perform well and gain marks. Below are examples of these different types of questions.
As practise for the problem questions, below you have been asked a series of questions, the answers to which will provide you with the essence of the information you require to successfully tackle the problem.
